Nana Valencia is a New York city police officer. Though she is young she is driven and knows excatly what she wants. Her job and upholding justice is the most important things to her. That is until she comes across Ilya Volstolv. Ilya is nothing like any guy she's ever met and Nana is intrigued.
Ilya Volstolv is one of the most feared men in the bratva, the right hand man of the young leader. He is known for being cold and effective getting rid of the bratva's enemies as silently as a ghost. Who would have thought the silent enforcer would be brought to his knees by a pint sized cop by the name of Nana Valencia.
The two have both been lying to each other. Their lies and deceptions further pushing the couple apart.
Can they both see past what is black, and white, and survive somewhere together in the grey area? Or will their two very different lifestyles keep them apart forever?
